The MAX-4 Pallet System

Bring the productivity of high-density palletized workholding to your 4 and 5 axis applications. The MAX-4 (Multi-AXis) Pallet system allows for more parts per cycle, fewer tool changes, and maximum productivity. The fail-safe design is unlocked using compressed air and the locking action is spring powered with over 15,000 lbs of retention force.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between the MAX-4 and the RotoVise Pro?
The MAX-4 is a pallet-based system — pallets lock into a base, giving you repeatable, swappable workholding. The RotoVise Pro is a vise that mounts to your rotary table. The MAX-4 is better for high-volume production where you pre-load multiple pallets; the RotoVise Pro is better for versatile vise-style clamping.
How accurate is the system?
The MAX-4 achieves 0.0002" repeatability via its self-centering quad taper design. This means pallets locate to the same position every time with no indicating required.
How rigid is the system?
The spring-powered ball lock delivers over 15,000 lbs of retention force. The fail-safe design means power loss does not release the pallet — it stays locked.
Is there a hardware kit to make my own pallets?
Yes. The hardware kit includes all locking and locating components plus PDF and STEP design files so you can machine your own pallets to any size or shape you need.
